The previous Boundaries Workshop was filled with honesty, connection, and powerful a-ha moments. Nurses shared openly about what it feels like to work in constant fight-or-flight mode, give so much of themselves on shift, and come home with almost nothing left for the people they love.

One of the biggest breakthroughs was realizing that boundaries exist on a spectrum — from a gentle “I don’t appreciate the way you talk to me” to having to be more firm when someone continues to disrespect you.

Every boundary counts, and every boundary is valid.

The workshop blended guided reflection, real talk, and emotional release — giving nurses space to show up exactly as they are and reconnect with their needs without judgment.
